About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sitecore Solution Architect to join our APJ Customer Value Realisation team. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with clients and colleagues on emerging markets across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advisory and hands-on assistance to customers and partners in architecting, developing, troubleshooting, and leveraging Sitecore products to align with their business outcomes.
  • Offer high-level strategic advisory, consultation, troubleshooting, project developments, and hands-on tasks (e.g., building proof of concepts or configuration changes) in Sitecore technologies.
  • Maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, taking ownership of technical interactions between customers and Sitecore.
  • Work closely with IT and marketing stakeholders from medium to enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams and functions within Sitecore, such as Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, to help customers achieve optimal value.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Sitecore technologies, with expertise in one or more Sitecore products: XM/XP, XM Cloud, Content Hub, or CDP/Personalize.
  • Showcase strong background in consultancy and experience in client-facing roles.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, effectively communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong focus on driving business outcomes for both customers and Sitecore.
  • Possess robust time management skills and ability to handle complex context switching situations.
  • Show passion for technologies and eagerness to learn.
  • Display customer-centric mindset.
  • Enjoy taking on challenges and exploring the unknown.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
