Store Manager Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee and lead daily fast-food chain operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficiency in service, compliance with company policies, and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer retention. This includes local promotions, upselling techniques, and stock management to optimize cost efficiency.
  • The Store Manager will formulate pricing policies for the store by reviewing merchandising activities and adhering to franchisee policies.
  • They will perform trend analysis of product mix to understand local market needs and plan in-store promotional displays accordingly.
  • Additionally, they will forecast budgets and manage statistical and financial records to drive profitability.
  • Key performance indicators will be monitored to ensure customer engagement initiatives are effective in increasing repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • The Store Manager will maintain high standards of customer service by training staff, resolving customer complaints, and improving service delivery.
  • Leadership skills will be essential in leading, recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Occupational health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and operational protocols will be enforced to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or hospitality industry.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but extensive experience can substitute this requirement.
  • Experience in inventory control, staff training, and shift management is essential. Fast food chain experience is highly preferred.
  • Australian work experience in a managerial role in the fast-food industry is required.
