Electrical and Instrumentation Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VE Teacher to join our team at RMIT University. As a VE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering course material, assessing students, and supervising students enrolled in selected courses in the School.
Participation in the School's continuing reviews of course content and development, delivery, teaching methods, and methods of students' assessment will also form part of this role. You will interact with external organisations, industry groups, and RMIT teaching and administration staff.
Your performance will be underpinned by participation in relevant activities which ensure your vocational competence meets and/or exceeds the education level being delivered and assessed.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver course material to students
- Assess students' performance
- Supervise students enrolled in selected courses
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills
- Skills and experience in competency-based assessment
- Experience in relevant industry and substantial discipline knowledge
- Relevant qualifications: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (enrolled or finished) as a minimum and relevant trades qualifications & licenses
