Full-time Customer Service Representative

The Role:- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into our management systems.
- Produce quality documents such as meeting agendas, reports, memos, forms, and other materials required by the Facility Manager.
- Organise deliveries and couriers as requested and maintain visitor records.
- Support roster management, timesheets, and payroll as needed.
- Effectively respond to internal and external communications.
Key responsibilities include customer service experience, data entry, banking, petty cash, organisational skills, rostering experience, and COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
