Manufacturing Output Specialist

Optimizing Manufacturing Efficiency
This role involves operating metal forming machinery including slitting and folding machines to produce high-quality outputs.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in production
- Identify areas for continuous improvement including scrap and error reduction
- Assist with loading orders on trucks and preparing them for customer delivery
- Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Perform general warehouse duties including unpacking goods and restocking shelves
To be successful in this role, you'll need great communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A forklift license and experience operating manufacturing machinery are essential.
