About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Busselton. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, while working collaboratively with our experienced team to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of belonging and community within our centre.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our centre's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
