We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Busselton.

Job Description
This casual role offers the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:00pm. You will be working in a purpose-built child care centre with five large and inviting play rooms, providing a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum ACECQA approved early childhood qualification
- Experience working with young children and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and provide cover as needed
