**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading by example and mentoring junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume, high-quality kitchens and possess excellent leadership skills. You will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Running the pass and leading the crew during peak periods
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Providing backup support to the Head Chef with ordering, stock management, and day-to-day operations
  • Mentoring junior staff members and promoting a positive team culture
  • Driving creativity, efficiency, and good times in the kitchen

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proven experience as a Sous or Senior Sous in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
  • A calm and composed demeanor under pressure
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
