As part of our register, you can be considered for roles such as Customer Service Officer, Housing Services Officer, Property Services Officer, and Case Manager, all supporting vulnerable members of our community with affordable housing solutions.

  • Customer Service Officer – Level 2
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all eligible Western Australians have access to secure and affordable housing, with a frontline position acting as the first point of contact for people seeking assistance.
  • Housing Services Officer – Level 3
  • Manage and monitor State Public Housing tenancies, providing support to tenants, sustaining rent payments, and maintaining properties, typically managing between 250-300 tenancies and spending at least 2 days a week out of the office with tenants.
  • Property Services Officer – Level 3
  • Oversee property maintenance functions, controlling and monitoring compliance, accountability, and quality control, managing the maintenance needs of approximately 600 properties and often working in the field to inspect properties and maintenance works.
  • Case Manager – Level 4
  • Manage complex tenancy issues, including complaints and disruptive behavior, conducting investigations, liaising with stakeholders, and taking appropriate action to ensure fair, effective resolution, and supporting safe, sustainable housing outcomes through accountability and collaboration.
