Leadership Opportunity in Metro Brisbane and South East QLD.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to oversee the effective operation of a cluster of medical centres across Metro Brisbane and South East QLD.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to lead and support Practice Managers and their service team members to drive performance and growth within their centres.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain forward-thinking strategies with the Head of Operations and Practice Managers to mitigate future risks.
- Implement and monitor projects, systems, and processes to deliver each Centre's strategy and objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and guide Centre Practice Managers, Business Managers, and staff while initiating face-to-face engagements with Health Care Professionals frequently.
- Explore and implement strategies to minimize patient wait times and monitor patient feedback and NPS scores to improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth by reviewing profit and loss statements and budgets.
- Work with other Regional Managers and the Business Development Manager to innovate and implement initiatives.
- Manage General Practitioners satisfaction and retention through commercially effective working relationships and timely support.
- Inspire a learning and high-performance culture within the centres by setting KPIs and administering annual development plans.
