Job Opportunity

We are seeking a technology leader passionate about Generative AI, with strong software engineering skills and cloud infrastructure expertise.

This role involves designing and implementing large-scale Gen AI solutions, influencing senior stakeholders on modern best practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, Shell script, TypeScript, C#; cloud solution architecture/development/security/IaaC (AWS + Azure).

Gen AI frameworks & tools (e.g., Langchain, Pydantic AI, Google A2A) are also essential for this position.

A strong understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory controls is required.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement large-scale Gen AI solutions.
  2. Influence senior stakeholders on modern best practices.
  3. Architect scalable software systems that integrate with large language models.
  4. Configure and manage infrastructure to support Gen AI initiatives with scalability, reliability and high availability.
  5. Implement robust monitoring and logging, LLMOps best practices for proactive issue identification and resolution.
  6. Bring a strong risk mindset, driving reliability, testing practices, and responsible AI.
  7. Collaborate with Software Engineers and Data Scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
  8. Stay up to date on Generative AI advances and model releases; adapt as technology evolves.
  9. Balance business solution development and platform development with effective communication.
  10. Coach and mentor team members to share best practices and learnings.
Qualifications / Tech Skills
  • Experience with Python, Shell script, TypeScript, C#; cloud solution architecture/development/security/IaaC (AWS + Azure).
  • Gen AI frameworks & tools (e.g., Langchain, Pydantic AI, Google A2A).
  • Experience with Vector/Graph/SQL databases.
  • Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK; Docker, Kubernetes; CI/CD, GitHub Actions.
  • Prompt Engineering and related practices.
  • Strong understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory controls.
