Job Title: Product Management Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Product Management Professional to support all aspects of the Menswear category. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail apparel product management, development, and buying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the planning team to build and execute seasonal ranges for all markets (AU, NZ & UK).
  • Manage the garment development process, including fabric selection, trims, block colors and prints.
  • Approve final product details in line with original design brief and ensure garments meet brand quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Retail & PA teams to understand customer feedback and action it through category management decisions.
  • Manage existing supplier base performance and negotiate costs to achieve initial margin budgets.
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of 2 to enhance their capability to deliver on clearly defined individual, team and brand objectives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in retail apparel product management, development, and buying.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of garment construction, production processes, and fit specifications.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and negotiating with suppliers, including significant experience working with international vendors.
