To bring that vision to life, we're expanding our AI team and looking for an experienced AI Implementation Engineer to help us build smart, GenAI-powered experiences that make every interaction more seamless, more personal, and more impactful.

 

This role is perfect for someone with around a year of hands-on AI experience, a solid engineering foundation, and a strong entrepreneurial streak. You'll be mentored and supported, but also trusted to take the lead and bring your own thinking to the table.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and launch GenAI-powered tools for requests across the business
  • Rapidly prototype ideas that make our systems smarter
  • Work across teams to find, define and deliver automation opportunities
  • Use AI to replace time-consuming work, not create more of it
  • Help shape the way AI is used across the company
  • Stay close to the code (Python, scripting, cloud tools), but let AI do the heavy lifting when it can
  • Embed AI solutions into key operational systems to enhance overall efficiency
  • Continuously improve, expand, and fine-tune production AI systems to meet performance targets
  • Work closely with AI team members to stay up to date with new tools and approaches, supporting ongoing operations and maintenance needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience working with AI in real-world commercial environments
  • 3+ years of experience working with Python, SQL, and Bash scripting
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, ideally with hands-on experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in deploying and maintaining GenAI solutions in production environments
  • A generalist software background, you're comfortable jumping into code, data, APIs
  • Experience with GenAI tools and LLMs, you know how to get results, not just run demos
  • Hands on experience with SQL
  • A creative, entrepreneurial mindset, you spot gaps, see potential, and make things happen
  • Comfortable in the cloud, and familiar with MLOps workflows
  • Bonus points if you've worked with PHP (but it's not essential)
