Job Description

We're seeking a skilled AI Engineer to drive the development of innovative AI-powered solutions tailored for Japanese-speaking users. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for enhancing search, content generation, and user experience by integrating cutting-edge generative AI technologies.

You'll conduct in-depth research across various platforms, creating best-practice research examples to optimize AI functionalities. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and refining AI-driven tools and solutions, as well as evaluating and grading search queries and generated content for relevance, accuracy, and comprehensiveness.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in research-intensive or content development settings, such as academic research, information services, knowledge management, or AI-related service or product development. Additionally, you should possess exceptional research skills, including expertise in Boolean and other online search languages.

A strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and agentic-based generative AI technologies is also essential. Experience in creating and refining LLM prompts and data indexes, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are highly valued.

  • 3+ years of work experience in research-intensive or content development settings
  • AI-related service or product development
  • Professional services with a focus on analysis and content creation
  • Full working proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional research skills, including expertise in Boolean and other online search languages
  • Experience in creating and refining LLM prompts and data indexes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
