Job ResponsibilitiesThe Defect Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying and analyzing defects on commercial apartment construction projects.
- Developing and implementing strategies to prevent defects from occurring in the first place.
- Collaborating with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to resolve defects in a timely and efficient manner.
