We're on an exciting journey of growth, delivering seamless experiences for our 12,000 residents across 90 diverse communities nationwide. Our team of over 1900 caring and friendly members is united with our core values: Kindness, Care and Respect.

As a customer-focused individual, you'll be responsible for coordinating resident and community engagement activities, implementing marketing strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and developing improvements to internal processes.

Our company culture supports independence for as long as possible, helping us deliver thriving communities that help retired Australians be their best selves.

The successful candidate will have experience in a front-line customer-facing role, preferably in the retirement industry or hospitality management, with highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in customer engagement and satisfaction.

You'll bring budget development and management skills, strong administration skills, property management skills, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills. A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is desirable.

In return, we offer up to 12 weeks paid parental leave, two additional 'All About Me' leave days per calendar year, and opportunities for further career development.

We treasure skills, expertise, and commitment. Our goal is to attract, develop, motivate, reward, and retain the best talent in the industry. Diversity is essential to our success; we're committed to building an inclusive workplace where all our people feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
