About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the position of Branch Member Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding our members in making informed healthcare choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- To excel in face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products.
- Ensure resolutions to our members' problems that exceed their expectations.
- Maintain the accuracy of our membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong drive to make a positive impact on members' lives, with experience in needs-based selling being highly desirable. A proven background in customer service environments, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently, is also essential.
