Job Title: Business Partnerships Manager

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Partnerships Manager to join our team on a fixed-term 6-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major growth-focused acquisition project, gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment while playing a key role in a transformative phase of the business.

You will play a critical role in shaping business partnerships and contributing to the success of a growing, customer-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with local business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth using data insights and workforce planning.
  • Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues investigations and case management in alignment with our values and policies.
  • Develop and maintain local industrial relations supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
  • Lead the local rollout of business partnerships initiatives and support organisational change.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with substantial experience in business partnering employee and industrial relations organisational change and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong effective relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong critical thinking decision making and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan coordinate and deliver business-related projects and initiatives including managing significant business change.
