We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to manage the tender process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of industry experience, preferably in commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete cost evaluations and pricing analysis of quotes
  • Develop project budgets, cost models, and bid proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align on scope and costs
Requirements:
  • Understand current rates in the commercial environment
  • Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Eye for detail with take-offs
  • Proven relevant experience working for a large fit out contractor or Tier 1, 2 Builder
