Job Summary

This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver cost management services.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction and be working towards chartered status. A minimum of two years' experience in cost management is also required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and presenting cost plans, including tendering and procurement activities.
  • Managing post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • Coordinating progress claim assessments and monthly post-contract cost reports.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Working towards Chartered status with AAIQS or RICS or equivalent recognised body.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
