Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lawyer with strong litigation skills to take on a challenging role as a Litigation Lawyer.

About the Role:
  • Handle a diverse range of disputes, including insurance law, construction matters, property disputes, and other commercial litigation cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case files for court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop effective litigation strategies and provide expert legal advice.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong litigation skills and 1st - 2nd year lawyer experience, with some experience in front-end construction and contract drafting.
  • Knowledge of insurance law and experience in insurance litigation, particularly in relation to coverage disputes.
  • Able to engage in a wide range of commercial disputes that often involve real property, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.
