We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for creating memorable interactions with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

The role involves:

  • Providing expert product knowledge to customers, suggesting drinks that meet their tastes and preferences.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions.
  • Assisting colleagues with stock management, maintaining store appearance, and upholding health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
