We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our Northern NSW team at SEE Civil. This is a full-time role initially based in Yamba, with the option of accommodation provided on a 5/2 roster to a suitable candidate.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist the project management team with administration, planning, and scheduling of daily project activities to ensure project outcomes in accordance with contractual and project plan requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring effective programming and construction methodologies;
  • Project administration, planning, and scheduling;
  • Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance;
  • Conducting quality assurance;
  • Assisting in financial reporting;
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
  • At minimum, 1–2 years' experience in Engineering in Civil Construction;
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships;
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications;
  • Highly effective planning, organising, and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others; and
  • High attention to detail.
