- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector.
- Provide training and support to staff on risk management and compliance best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
- 5-7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or asset management within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record in managing risk and ensuring compliance across large-scale renewable energy assets.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in asset management and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
- Current Australian working rights are essential; sponsorship is not being offered.
