  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with asset managers, engineers, and operations teams to address risk and compliance issues, providing technical guidance and solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on asset performance, risk assessments, and compliance audits for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of asset risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
  • Ensure that all asset management practices adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Proven track record in managing risk and ensuring compliance across large-scale renewable energy assets.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in asset management and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
  • Current Australian working rights are essential; sponsorship is not being offered.
