Windscreen Fitter Apprenticeship Opportunity

You want a fulfilling career, not just another job. This exciting opportunity offers you to start your new career in the Auto Glass industry as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter at our Service Centre.

This role is perfect for individuals with mechanical aptitude, who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and are eager to learn on the job. You will receive full qualification through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and be paid based on competency.

The apprenticeship lasts 3-4 years and covers various aspects:

  • Completing the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Skills Development Program.
  • Developing capabilities to repair and replace glass on any vehicle type to Australian standards.
  • Learning windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
  • Undertaking glass chip repairs.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Mechanical skills and experience with hand tools.
  • A strong work ethic and passion for delivering customer service excellence.
  • Ability to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
