Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Cars24. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the car-buying process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless car delivery and pick-up processes.
- Conduct test drives with customers, providing expert knowledge and showcasing the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Valid full driver's license and ability to work weekends.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
