Job Title: Disability Support Worker

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide assistance and support to clients with varying levels of ability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and adapt to changing situations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Community Support: Accompanying clients on community outings, promoting social interaction and integration.
  • Transportation: Safely transporting clients to medical appointments, hospital visits, and respite care.
  • Domestic Support: Maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitized environment within the client's home.
  • Food Preparation: Preparing, cooking, and serving meals for clients.
  • Personal Care: Assisting with general personal care tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
