Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at Zeus Street Greek. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, managing key performance indicators, and supervising team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Manage all expected key performance indicators, including financial and rostering
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
Requirements:
- Highly motivated natural leader with a passion for food and restaurant operations
- Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurant management, preferably 2 years minimum
