**Job Title:** Farm Worker

About the Position

This live-in role involves maintaining a large equestrian property. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating farm equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and managing pastures and land.

Duties include mowing, weed control, rotational grazing, fencing repairs, daily checks of water troughs and stable conditions, and general farm work such as feeding livestock and basic repairs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working on rural properties and proficiency in operating tractors and farm machinery. Basic maintenance knowledge is beneficial. A strong physical presence is required, including the ability to lift 25kg+, walk long distances, and work in all weather conditions.

You must also be reliable, an early riser, and able to work independently (approximately 70% of the time). Training will be provided where necessary.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and free on-site accommodation. Hourly rates will be between $26-$28/hour, with fair overtime pay available for occasional emergencies or peak seasons.
