About the Role

This pivotal position offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction, drive organisational excellence, and support the Chief Executive in delivering safe, high-quality healthcare across the region.

The Director will engage with leaders across the health service, facilitating high-level discussions, and representing the Chief Executive in key forums.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice, craft insightful briefs, and manage sensitive communications with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive to anticipate needs, navigate complex issues, and drive forward initiatives that matter.
