Asset Finance Expert

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their individual needs and helping them choose suitable finance options.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and asset finance experience, as well as the ability to handle general customer enquiries and work autonomously. Knowledge of lenders and their systems, along with excellent computer skills, is preferred but not essential.

This role offers a hybrid position with great team support, and the opportunity to grow with the organization. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and effectively engage with all team members to maintain a friendly and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers and commercial businesses with finance options tailored to their needs and supporting our Dealer network.
  • Promptly responding to any leads given through our dealer and customer network.
  • Building great relationships and strengthening them for future opportunities.
  • Screening clients to understand their needs and accurately placing them to the correct lender to service their requirements.
  • Preparing finance documents and any other supporting information for customers and receiving them for settlements.
  • Effectively engaging with all team members to maintain a friendly and high-performing team environment.
  • Servicing our existing dealer and commercial network and sourcing new business to help grow the company.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years' experience as a Finance Broker or experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent customer service and asset finance experience.
  • Ability to handle general customer enquiries.
  • Knowledge of lenders and their systems along with excellent computer skills preferred though not essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Excellent presentation and liaison skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent work ethic and driven to succeed.
  • Experience working towards KPIs.
  • Asset broking experience preferred though not essential.
  • Cert IV preferable though not essential.
  • Excellent Team Player to fit in with family-friendly atmosphere.
