Asset Finance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic financial services firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting Australian businesses by providing tailored finance solutions for equipment, vehicles, machinery, and other capital assets.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a steady stream of inbound leads while also having the freedom to build your own portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing client needs to offer suitable asset finance solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners, and negotiating terms with lenders to secure the best outcomes for clients.

About this role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners
  • Negotiate terms with lenders to secure the best outcomes for clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender products and market trends

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in commercial asset finance, lending, or broking (2+ years preferred) and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (mandatory). You should possess a strong understanding of credit assessment and lending criteria, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
