**Job Summary**

Aspen Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Site Medic. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing primary and emergency healthcare services to our personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide initial emergency response and treatment to personnel with occupational injuries and/or medical conditions.
  • Manage and check medications, including restricted drugs, to ensure safe and effective use.
  • Deliver primary health care services to site personnel, including routine check-ups and health assessments.
  • Respond to call-outs on site, including after-hours calls, and provide emergency care as needed.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs, including first aid, low voltage rescue, CPR, advanced resuscitation, and heat stress management.
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site drug and alcohol testing programs.

**Requirements**

  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic (or equivalent).
  • Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Up-to-date ALS certificate.
  • Up-to-date Trauma certificate.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Completion of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
