Purchasing Officer Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily and cyclical purchasing activities, maintaining optimal inventory levels to balance supply risk and customer demand.
  • Utilize ERP and Excel for purchasing and reporting, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors and suppliers.
  • Support national procurement strategies and operational goals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
About You
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is highly desirable.
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills, as well as excellent communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, with a willingness to learn technical product and system knowledge.
