Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to join our team as an Inventory Control Specialist. As a key member of the supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory levels, processes, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support problem-solving initiatives across Inventory and Procurement functions
  • Collaborate with the APAC Inventory Controller to achieve process standardisation
  • Assist in the sourcing and tendering processes for non-battery-related categories
  • Create and maintain inventory control processes and associated documentation
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports using Business Intelligence tools
  • Provide support to the Planning and Procurement Manager
  • Triage inventory system issues for Operations and Supply Chain teams

Requirements:
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, etc)
  • A keen interest in data, process improvement, and operations
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
