Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team within the store, driving sales and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They should also have an eye for spotting the latest fashion trends and be able to motivate and develop a team to be future leaders.

You will conduct section briefings, support managers with store briefings, maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions, and respond to customer queries and requests. Additionally, you will provide reports throughout the day to managers and colleagues, and engage with relevant training and development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years retail experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to drive sales and achieve KPIs for your department
  • Fashion awareness and trend identification
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Motivation and development skills for a team
