We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Medical Unit and Coronary Care Unit at Northern Beaches Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
- Provide quality patient care in a 36-bed ward with a focus on cardiac and respiratory care
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of nurses and multidisciplinary professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
