About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Acute Medical Unit with cardiac telemetry and Medical Assessment Unit (MAU). The successful candidate will work within a supportive and dynamic team, providing quality, evidence-based care to patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and services
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
