We are seeking a Process Coordinator to join our Operations team.

About the Role

The Process Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fulfillment Centre, managing daily tasks and coordinating with departments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and taking on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily tasks and duties within the department, including allocating labor and communicating with teams.
  • Cover Area Managers on leave and support Process Path as needed.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to associates, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements
  • Lifting up to 49 pounds
  • Standing/walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
  • Frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
