Position: Hair Stylist

  • Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time
  • Schedule: Flexible options include working either one weekend day each week or alternating full weekends (Saturday and Sunday), on one week and off the next.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their styling needs and preferences.
  • Deliver a full range of high-end hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace that meets the highest standards.
  • Manage client bookings and appointments with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Recommend and sell luxury hair care products tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and techniques to deliver exceptional results.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed to provide a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in hairdressing, customer service, and upselling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a professional salon environment.
  • Passion for luxury service and creativity in styling.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average earnings for our hairdressers range from £35,000 to £45,000 annually.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
