General Practitioner Pool Opportunity

We are seeking experienced General Practitioners or Rural Generalists to join our pool of medical professionals. This recruitment pool is designed to fill various permanent and fixed-term positions across different locations in Western Australia.

About the Role

This role involves providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of healthcare services in rural and remote communities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics, Anaesthetics, Surgery, and/or General Medicine.

  • You will be working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • As a Rural Generalist, you will have an understanding of diverse community needs and be able to apply population approaches, primary care, secondary, and emergency care principles.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication skills, are able to work independently, and can contribute effectively as part of a team. If you have experience working in rural and indigenous health and promoting collaboration between general practice and/or emergency medicine, we would like to hear from you.

Key Requirements
  • RACGP or ACRRM registration.
  • Experience in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics, Anaesthetics, Surgery, and/or General Medicine.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in rural and indigenous health is highly regarded.
