Senior Land Development Project Manager

A strategic role for an accomplished professional to contribute to business goals by providing expert planning and resource management advice.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary project teams, you will work on land development, infrastructure, and strategic planning projects across New South Wales.
- Develop comprehensive plans and strategies for project completion, including identification of resource requirements.
- Manage preparation of documentation and submissions on behalf of clients.
- Undertake technical reviews to ensure high-quality service levels meet client expectations.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced planner with a tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture/Urban Design.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in statutory or strategic planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team, managers and clients.
- Commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
- Drive and passion to solve problems and produce innovative solutions.
