About the Role

HBF Australia is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect Lead to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our security posture and ensuring that security is embedded across all change activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and enhancement of our Cyber Security Architecture Capability
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, partners, and teams to achieve effective security outcomes
  • Provide expert guidance on implementing the Cyber Security Control framework
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Cyber Security matters across the organisation
  • Mentor technology colleagues on Cyber Security best practices
  • Develop architecture principles and translate regulatory requirements into actionable system and security designs
Requirements
  • Experience in Cyber Security Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security architecture in an enterprise environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing security controls, particularly in cloud environments
  • Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (NIST CSF, CPS234, etc.)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Cyber Security
  • Industry certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.) are highly regarded
