**About This Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Growth Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you'll support the effective implementation and adoption of large change programs in complex environments and contribute to business improvement projects. If you have a strong background in change management, communications, process improvement, and project delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**
