Key Responsibilities
  • Guest luggage is handled efficiently and securely
  • Arrivals and departures processing and transfers are assisted with
  • Transport vehicles and buggies are maintained in a safe and clean condition
  • Guest queries are responded to in a courteous manner
Requirements
  • 6-12 months experience as a porter in a 4-5 Star Hotel or Resort is required
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation is necessary
  • Able to treat each guest with seamless service
  • Candidates must possess a current open manual QLD drivers licence and ability to obtain a Restricted Drivers Authorisation (RDA)
