This role is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are passionate about project management and process improvement. Join our organization and contribute to building a better, safer, smarter Australia.

You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience through rotations across various core business functions, supporting value stream mapping, analysing process waste, shadowing project managers, preparing agendas, dashboards and reports for stakeholder meetings and governance.

In this position, you will be responsible for analysing processes and recommending improvements for change initiatives, as well as supporting writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases for new projects.

To succeed in this role, you will require a relevant degree qualification, strong interest in project management methodologies and process improvement, passion for contributing to an organisation that enables progress and protection for Australian communities.

Additionally, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, time management and ability to prioritise tasks, initiative and willingness to learn.
