The successful applicant will have at least 5 years of postgraduate experience and 3 years of experience in emergency medicine in Australia or an equivalent setting. Additional qualifications in emergency medicine are desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality and safe clinical care to patients in the emergency department
- Support and supervise junior clinicians in the multidisciplinary setting
- Contribute to the education and training of junior clinicians
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Evidence of a medical qualification and registration with a relevant health authority
- Relevant senior experience and recency of practice within emergency medicine
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and adherence to established healthcare standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership
