About the Role:

The Public Relations and Communications Director plays a pivotal role in developing effective strategies to drive awareness of our brand and offerings. This position involves overseeing all aspects of public relations, including media relations, crisis communications, and content creation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • External Communications:
    • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and analysts.
    • Crisis Communications: Develop and execute crisis communications plans to mitigate potential risks.
    • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content to promote our brand value and engage our target audience.
    • Social Media: Develop and implement social media strategies to reach our target audience.
  • Internal Communications:
    • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve internal communication and morale.
    • Business Updates: Provide regular updates on business performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Marketing and Communications Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Media Relationships: Solid relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and analysts.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Strong inter-departmental relationship skills.
