About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Functions Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparation, and coordination of functions, ensuring high levels of staff morale and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding food and beverage service, exceeding client expectations
  • Coordinate AVM Catering Off Site Events within established service standards, consistently achieving high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Passion for hospitality and events industry, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Positive leadership style, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their best
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage offerings and trends, staying up-to-date with industry developments
