Assembly and Alignment Specialist

As a specialist in laser component and system assembly, you will be responsible for achieving production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluating electronic, mechanical, and optical assemblies, operating test equipment to ensure quality standards are met, and working within a Quality Management System that ensures the highest level of quality and safety.

  • Achieve production targets through efficient assembly and testing processes.
  • Ensure accurate evaluation and reporting of assembly performance.
  • Operate complex test equipment to validate product quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain open communication.
  • FOLLOW ALL SAFE WORK PROCEDURES TO ENSURE A HEALTHY AND SAFETY WORK ENVIRONMENT
To succeed in this role, you will need
  • Ability to read and understand technical procedures and diagrams/drawings.
  • Demonstrate a highly trained eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Have recent experience in production or machine operation to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
  • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude to efficiently assemble and test complex components.
  • Pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test to assess your problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent manual dexterity and assembly skills to handle small parts.
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
  • High level of self-motivation to drive results and meet deadlines.
